“It seems to me that the legislative apparatus is already too complex to be effective, resulting in a weakness in the application of the laws. A clarification is necessary: there is no means of distribution – social networks, fiber, radio waves, printer – which is not also responsible for the content, including by default of service. Disinformation is fed by those who claim to be broadcasters when their income depends on the content.”
