Bruno Jeandidier (CNRS, BETA) is the author of a chapter in the book “Justice et numérique – Quels (r)apports?”, published on March 26, 2024 by Presses Universitaires Savoie Mont Blanc, entitled “L’hétérogénéité des décisions de justice réduit leur prévisibilité”.
This collective work brings together the work of members of the e-Juris project who, between 2020 and 2023, studied techniques for producing knowledge through the automated analysis of court decisions, while examining their reliability, possible points for improvement and the consequences of the use and dissemination of such techniques on the work of magistrates.
