For several years now, Thierry Burger-Helmchen has been hosting a radio program on the Alsatian economy (in Alsatian!), first monthly, then weekly. In December, it was the hundredth programme… on the gingerbread industry.
In Alsatian, economy is called Wirtschaft, and an economics academic is called a Wirtschaftswissenschaftler. So before each radio programme, it’s time to wake up your zygomatic!
