For almost 15 years, the European Union has faced a succession of economic crises. This chapter, entitled “The European Union at the Test of Economic Crisis: How Has the EU Budget 2021-2027 Adapted?” analyzes the adaptation of the European budget for the period 2021-2027, focusing on public intervention instruments and their financing mechanisms in the face of this economic instability.
