On the occasion of the 10th annual conference of the FAERE (French Association of Environmental and Resource Economics) organized on September 7 and 8, 2023 in Montpellier, Serge Garcia, INRAE research director and researcher at BETA, was elected president of the association during its general meeting.
He succeeds Mireille Chiroleu-Assouline who has held the position since 2019.
