Law and Economics
The Law and Economics axis brings together researchers interested in the links between law and economics. Mobilizing the analytical corpus of economic sciences, based notably on theoretical microeconomics, microeconometrics, and experimental economics, the objective of the work undertaken is to analyze the functioning of justice and to study the impact of the juridical system on the conduct of individuals (such as litigants, defendants, judges, lawyers, experts, etc.). The studies of this axis therefore raise major economic and social considerations, relating for example to divorce law, competition policy, or the rise of digital technology in the judicial world.
