The Macroeconomics (MACRO) axis covers research which is conducted by BETA at the macroeconomic level in areas such as economic policy, particularly in Europe (monetary policy, fiscal policy, the labor market), and more broadly at an international level (monetary and financial macroeconomics), as well as the analysis of natural resources and the energy and climate transition.
